Year One

Trainees undertake an intense learning programme at the Training Centre and College. During this time, Performing Engineering Operations will be achieved. The focus of this first year is on the basics of Engineering and the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Systems applied within the organisation.

Years Two & Three

This next stage in our Apprenticeship Programme gives trainees the opportunity to work within various departments within the company. The objective is to give every trainee a chance to learn all aspects of the company's business.

This approach provides both variety and diversity. These two years will result in completion of further education in a relevant Engineering discipline.

Year Four

This consists of Technician Training during which the company continue to support and invest in the trainee's continued development. Training at this stage is tailored to meet the needs of the individual and the organisation by applying a continuous professional development philosophy.

Years Five & Six

Enhanced training in specialist functions is given to trainees as they begin to move towards their probable career paths.

The format of the programme allows both individual and the company to identify and develop the trainee's aptitudes in specific areas. There may also be the opportunity to attend university at this stage to obtain a relevant Engineering Degree.
